My Story

I'm Shaun Davis, the Founder of The High Performance Academy. I began in my personal property journey by entering into the world of Social Housing, partnering with the Government and creating my own Social Housing Company, Erban Homes. The social impact that I'm able to contribute towards through my work is truly rewarding, and I'm proud to be bettering the lives of other people whilst bettering my own life as well.

Having financial stability is something I always valued and strived for, but had never fully been achieved through any of my other work ventures. However, Social Housing gave me not only financial stability, but also peace of mind knowing that Government backed contracts meant I avoid issues such as missed payments or vacant periods, so I would always be paid efficiently.

As an entrepreneur steering the ship at Erban Homes, I really value networking and cultivating a positive environment surrounded by individuals who uplift rather than pull down. I firmly believe that the strength of your network directly correlates with your net worth, and my personal obsession with continuous growth and learning from others is exactly the mindset that underpins The High Performance Academy.
